National Imaging Specialists offers excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff, including Chauna and Nancy. The facility is very clean, professional, and friendly, standing out compared to other local options. The office team, led by Juanita, is very helpful and efficient. Technicians, such as the MRI tech, do a great job making patients feel comfortable during scans. The business provides various payment options, including auto insurance, health insurance, and self-pay. Many patients appreciate the ease of making appointments, short wait times, and the friendly, professional front reception. For example, one patient praised technician Charles for his experience and bedside manner during a CT scan, noting the procedure was quick and smooth. However, some experiences have been mixed; one patient mentioned a long wait because the MRI technician was absent and was bothered by a lingering smell and the lack of headphones during MRI scans. Overall, National Imaging Specialists is highly recommended for quality service, though some may consider trying alternative locations for MRI procedures.
7-1-25 I would return to National Imaging for any future CT test that they offer. Easy to make appointment, front reception friendly & professional, short wait time on day of appointment after signing some forms, my technician Charles was great with yrs of experience - inserted IV easily, explained procedure & what to expect, checked on how I was doing multiple times since I told him I get anxious easily, clean bathroom readily available before procedure & after if you need. Never had a MRI at National so I can’t review that procedure.
I will speak very highly about Chauna providing excellent customer service as well as her knowledge for informing me about the MRI process. I will also speak very highly about my technician, Nancy who was amazing during the whole process from start to finish.
I have been fascinated with the attention of this center, I arrived with a lot of fear, because I am a claustrophobic patient and I was in a lot of pain. I highly recommend it to patients who suffer from it, from my arrival at the reception to the techniques that performed the study on me. incredible love, patience and professionalism, thank you Nancy and Rebecca who, despite me not speaking the language with the cell phone translator, supported me ?
