This gym is unlike any other! The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and they are truly there to help you become your best self in the safest way. The iron fit crew sincerely become your very good friends. I look forward to going to my gym everyday!
Iron Fit Perfromance is more than just a gym its a community of women helping and supporting each other to reach their fitness/weighloss goals. I've been a member for over 2 years and with Bekah's help I've been able to lose over 100lbs and maintain it. Its perfect for all levels of fitness and I highly recommend coming in and trying out a class, there's something for everyone!
