Our AC had a tough issue, and as a young family it was a stressful situation, but they came in with such kindness, patience, and calm that it immediately put us at ease. Todd (the owner) and Randy (the technician) worked together as a team, explained everything clearly, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. They stayed late to make sure the job was done the right way, and it’s obvious they take real pride in their work and genuinely care about the people they’re helping. We have been customers for 2 years. We had our regular maintenance today as we have a maintenance plan. Steve our technician was kind ,knowledgeable and informative. He performed the systems check and when completed he cleaned everything up nicely.. He did not try to upsell me anything that I did not need . I did ask about some recommendation for future work and he provided an estimate and suggested that I call if I decided to move forward with the items we discussed. He thanked us asked if we needed anything before he left… I would reccomend Gulf Coast Heating & AC
