OK. I've been renting from Broderick & Associates nearly 5 years and everytime I've reached out to them in regards to any maintenance issues, etc...they are prompt, courteous and professional. If I have any questions I simply pick up the phone call & Ms. Ruth is attentive & caring. Ms. Bobbie is nice & friendly gets on any issues right away, the maintenance staff LeAnn (I don't know the names of the others, sorry) are pleasant kind considerate & they come in and get the job done & cleanup after themselves. I can't recall a time in any other rental property where my contact at the property management company was so responsive. I felt like I had a direct line to Rob at any time. If I ever had an issue, he had somebody there to take care of that issue immediately. Always very responsive, even to simple questions via text or email even. We rented for 2 years and had zero complaints or issues. We're actually kind of disappointed we won't have their support in our new home. Thank you, Rob.
