We were hit really hard by Milton last fall. We had major problems getting our permit for a carport because we were too close to our neighbor. However after jumping through hoops, we got our permit. We gave a sketch and permit approval papers to ASC. However by the time they did our carport we were home as we are snowbirds. Our neighbor took pictures and several things were wrong. My husband called and explained. We never heard a word after that and wondered if things got done?? We came end of Oct and all mistakes were done and carport looked great! I highly recommend ASC Aluminum. After Hurricane Helena our beach condo was completely destroyed. I contacted ASC and they were on site within two days. A month later they came to install our new glass door. During installation they uncovered a foundational flaw that needed to be repaired prior to installation. Other residents in the building who used another local company stated that their company would have overlooked the flaw and installed the door anyway. An engineer confirmed the flaw needed to be repaired, I appreciate the honesty and integrity ASC Aluminum showed throughout our transaction. I would definitely use ASC Aluminum again.
