Where do I start? Post Hurricane Helene, I finally decided to have my very tall, top-heavy, & clearly "tired" Laurel Oak cut down because of how much it "shed" its huge branches onto my lot as well as my neighbor's during the storm. Those same neighbor's gave me the phone # to Advanced Arbor and I quickly called them on 10/1/24, because I watched as they took the neighbor's ailing tree down after the PREVIOUS storm (Ernesto?). Anyway, Bill called & came out the next morning (10/2/24) to assess, gave me a very fair quote (that included trimming of 2 crape myrtles). Everyone from start to finish was super helpful and professional. Bill did a great job coming out (even in the rain), while John and his crew were diligint in all their work. This wasn't just another job to them, but they worked whole heartedly to get it done. Thank you!
John and Jody have been so kind and professional, and John and his crew have done outstanding work (removal of a large and problematic sycamore tree)... can't recommend and thank them enough!
