I stopped by on Monday for a haircut with Maria R. She was fantastic and gave me the exact style and cut I wanted. My hair feels so healthy now and I really appreciate the time she took teaching me how to choose the correct box dye color for my hair. She is very knowledgeable and I’ve already recommended her to my family. On the app her name shows up as Maria R., but I believe in-store her name is Maria Carmen R. Look her up, she’s great!

I want to take. a moment to share my positive experience at Ulta and specifically with Elsita. Elsita fit my daughter in for a last minute tinsel application . She was kind and professional and made our day. I highly recommend the salon and Ulta Pinecrest .

My daughter wanted her birthday celebration to be a girls day to ULTA and lunch. I took a group of 25 girls to ULTA on US1 and 117th. Katrina the store manager was BEYOND! I met with her prior to the day of celebration to let her know I would be coming in with a lot of preteens. I shared my desire to have her staff showcase what is proper skin care use for young ladies. The entire staff, Nia, Bianca, Christina, Jayla, and Katrina exceeded all expectations!! They were patient, informative and indicated the right choices of products for the girls. We had a wonderful experience!! They truly are the definition of excellent customer service!
