Amazing service and great selection of hair dyes etc. The lady at the register was very helpful and honest. The prices were very reasonable especially for the great quality it offered.

I have been to SO MANY Sally stores in the Miami area and I FINALLY found the one where the associates are courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful!! I'll never shop at the other Sally stores ever again, no matter how far my drive may be -- I've been to at least 7 other stores and what you find are gossipy, inattentive, downright rude women who have no customer service skills at all and have no idea how to advise on beauty products. Stop by THIS Sally store near Dadeland Mall and you will have a lovely greeting once you walk in and an immediate offer to assist. The nice ladies that work here and have already helped me several times, are always ready to help and give advice. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
