“A great experience from start to finish. I had the flat roof of my home replaced in August of this past year. I called for a quote and they had somebody out same day to meet me. Within 48 hours I had the flat roof of my home replaced and all my leaks gone. I had two roofers before them try to fix the issue with no luck. We have done a lot of work around our home over the last couple of years and it is refreshing to find help like this. They show up when they say they will and do a quality job. Very good pricing as well, especially compared to the previous roofers who couldn't solve the problem.“

“Updated rating: The company reached out, possibly after the original review was posted, and offered to schedule an inspection for repair. Went ahead and did this and the person did a fine job diagnosing a new leak. There was some issue afterward confirming a date for repair and I had to follow up to set that up. However, once here the crew did a very good job repairing the leak and actually identified another spot that needed work. The follow through on this second job went smoothly, and the crew on that job did great work including coming back the same day after rain interrupted their work. If you have the patience to be persistent with their office you will get quality work from the roofers.

Good company but they really dropped the ball here, and a bit arrogant about it too. They patched a roof leak 13-14 months ago at my residence. The leak reappeared after recent heavy rain. Called Isaac’s for inspection and repair, was informed of a visit later in week between 2-3pm. Day of visit their man calls me just before 10:00 to go to residence when I’m not there and he tells me he was scheduled for 10-11 not 2-3. I make arrangements for someone to be available for him, but something goes wrong, he may have arrived, but no answer at door when he got there. So I call him back to reset appointment; he says he will let me know in 1-2 days of new appointment. However, he never calls back. I then call Isaac’s, review situation and am told they will contact the person and get back to me with an appointment. However, I am not called back. So I call yet again, am told the agent indicated no one was available when he previously went to residence, but evidently no effort made to reschedule as I was told would be the case. I asked to speak to a manager whereupon I got the “you can talk to me bit.” So, this office staff incorrectly schedules the appointment, the agent says he will look to reschedule but doesn’t, and the person who does not follow up properly with the information I relay to her cops attitude when I want to take this up with someone else because I still wanted to give this company my business. And to review, I am trying to meet with them because I previously paid them for a repair that barely lasted a year. Not the best way to handle a second chance, not characteristic of this company. Certainly not a good look for them considering I have water dripping into one of my rooms again after they said they fixed the leak.“
