Body 20 and it’s team have made the difference. The overall program, short but flexible sessions, great class availability, and amazing trainers got me back on track to a healthier me. The technology truly works. It doesn’t matter if you have never exercised, exercise a long time a go and or exercise a lot, you will in no time feel and see the difference. The location environment and its personable staff makes it for a friendly and easy going place. Give it a try or risk missing out on the better you.

Just completed 2 years at Body20 Pinecrest and I couldn't be more happier. The Staff and Trainers are exceptional and they cater your workouts to your needs and goals. In the 2 years I've been going, I've lost close to 30 lbs, slimmed down and gained some nice muscle mass. One wouldn't think that 20 minutes is enough time but it truly is. Thank you Body20 and looking forward to what year 3 has in store.

If you’re looking for a different type of work out that’ll maximize your results in the least amount of type you need to check out Body 20 in Pinecrest! The workout was amazing, the trainers are highly knowledgeable and professional and the facility is extremely clean and inviting. So glad I found this fitness studio!
