“I’ve been here before as a walk-in and I enjoyed my experience! Today I needed to get a mani-pedi done before my honeymoon so I decided to book an appt. Online beforehand with Raquel as my tech. I had read other reviews about her and saw her work and fell in love. I knew she would have my nails look exactly how I was envisioning. All of the reviews about her great work are true. She was super sweet, attentive, and really made sure you liked everything she was doing the entire time and took her time. I get my nails done when my budget allows so I will definitely book with her again the next time I’m able to go in again. Highly recommend Raquel :)“

“I have been waiting SO LONG for a place like this! Whoever dreamt the idea for this place is a genius! This place is a subscription based club (subscription not required) and I feel like that's exactly how getting your hair/treatment should be. The reason why is because as a man you don't prioritize a facial or a manicure or a pedicure over your haircut or a lot of other things. But because these services are offered at the same place (or even the same time) and because your subscription includes any 2 services per every month (unused credits roll into the next month which was a big selling point for me because I travel a lot for work) it incentivizes and entices a lot guys to actually try a facial or try a manicure or pedicure when they never would have before. Say you're growing your hair out like me, and you don't necessarily need a haircut every month. Because my credits can be saved up, if there's a time that I skip a haircut because I don't need one then that automatically gets me excited for any other one of their services they offer. This is really good because a lot of men neglect their hair skin and nail health. More men should care about these things, and this place is perfect to get those things started for you. All the stylists are amazing, the whole staff is super skilled AND super friendly and kind. Those are the only things I care about when it comes to good service and they hit the nail right on the head in that department (no pun intended). When you walk in you are immediately greeted and ushered over to the bar where they make you any complimentary drink you'd like. Just another brilliant thing they do to help you to relax. Take a second and enjoy your treatment. Everyone loves feeling good about the way they look and feel. Men AND women. You *usually* (I'm different) won't catch a straight man in an Asian nail salon getting a mani pedi or any sort of facials because it's not "manly". This place not only will set you up with a really nice cut, but they also do ALL the services (in one sitting if you want) that your girlfriend or wife gets at her salon. Hammer & Nails is hands down the BEST place to go to get all the treatment you want/need all in one place, at a good price, without feeling weird about being the only man in a salon only women go to. TO THE PEOPLE WHO GET A LINEUP TWICE A WEEK OR LESS: You guys spend so much money on haircuts. There's people out there who go to their barber that they have gone to for years and they spend $100 or more every time they get a cut. There's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't try hammer and nails because they also offer even more premium subscriptions for the people who *already* spend a lot of $$$ getting hair skin and nail treatments. Their most expensive subscription is like $500 a month, which seems pricey at first until you realize that includes unlimited of any treatment you want, some of their treatments cost $250 for just one time. (Don't fret, there's affordable treatments too! These are just the really fancy ones!) It also includes a guest pass for any one of your friends to come in and get some service done too. Just try Hammer and Nails once! You won't regret it and I bet you'll be leaving with a membership :)“

“I can't say enough great things about my time with the ladies of Incandescent Artistry! Both Marjorie and & JW are extremely talented at their craft. Marjorie always keeps me eyebrows looking flawless for special occasions or when I'm just looking to feel myself a little more than usual, and JW is my go to for any ideas I have with my nails! There hasn't been anything I've requested that she hasn't been able to bring to life! Marjorie covers a wide variety of services mainly eyebrow services (I will do a wax and hybrid tint), but she also does full body waxes and has started to work with permanent makeup for brows. JW specializes in natural nails and works with builder gel, SNS, and Gel-X. She's a talented artist so if you're looking for someone to bring Instagram or Pinterest nails to life, she's your girl! I recommend checking online to book them out in advance if it's your first time with either. They're a two woman team but very popular, so don't be surprised if you can't find an immediate opening. These ladies are so friendly and hilarious, so the vibes are always on point when I come by!“
