URU has helped me fall in love with yoga again. I was struggling to find a yoga studio I felt comfortable in- that was size inclusive and friendly, offered modifications. But also not so serious. I finally feel like I’ve found my community. I love that there are no mirrors- it truly helps you focus on your own journey. Every teacher is wonderful and has their own unique style.

I attended Lynn's Songbird Gentle Yoga Flow and it was exactly what my body needed on a Saturday morning. Lynn has such a soothing, gentle tone, and her song at the end of class was beautiful. The studio was welcoming and I hope to visit again next time I'm in Pensacola.

The Beach Sound Bath with Swan Michelle was deeply cleansing. I had never participated in crystal bowl meditations in person and this session exceeded my expectations. The entire experience was so special.
