I recently reached out to Shenberger Plumbing for the required backflow test of my residential water connection. Robyn was excellent at setting up an appointment and keeping me updated with the status, including arrival time. They showed up and made quick work of the inspection, at a very fair price. Luckily I haven't had any plumbing problems, but when they arise, I will certainly reach out to Neal and Robyn first! Excellent experience!

had 2 quotes and Shenberger was the only one that told us about a $950 rebate if we went with a tankless water heater and since the quote to go with the heater was about $1000 higher as opposed to just the replumb, it was a no brainer. They came when they said they would and got everything installed. About a week later, we had a leak and they were out first thing. They couldn't fix it so we had to call the water company who replaced our old water meter with a new one. Excellent Company. Very friendly phone staff - tech showed up early and ready to help us. Correctly analyzed issues and quickly solved several ongoing issues. Only local plumbers who willingly and cheerfully helped us with an emergency leak on Easter Weekend.
