“I began working with Dr. Anthony in August of 2025. At the time, I was struggling with my running form, and improving my pace. I could barely run a 5k, even though I had been consistently running for at least a year or more. During my initial evaluation, Dr. Anthony found that my balance, mobility, and single leg strength were not where they should be. He started me on a training program as well as advising on areas of my running form I could improve. From August to November, I made significant improvements in running thanks to Dr. Anthony's program. I just completed a Death by 5k race, which involved running 10 5k's over a 24 hour period on a fairly technical trail route. During my training for this race, I completed 2 half marathon runs and was regularly running 9+ miles at a time. I don't think I ever would have been able to run the distances I did without Dr. Anthony's help. I highly recommend!“
