I had an outstanding experience with Peaden, specifically with their technician Austin H. He came out on Monday to diagnose and repair our Rheem tankless hot water heater. Austin went above and beyond by dealing directly with Rheem customer service to get parts mailed out to me for free through a warranty I didn’t even know I had. He returned to install the part, but when it didn’t solve the issue, he promptly ordered another part from Rheem. Throughout the entire process, Austin was professional, courteous, and transparent, even ensuring that I wasn’t charged when the water heater wasn’t fixed due to issues beyond his control. We have been with Peaden Air for a year this Sept 7, 2024 and it’s worth it. We are enrolled on their Smart Care Plan and it’s the best thing ,when it’s emergency they always prioritized us or they will try their best to come over to help us with our air conditioning.
