Great staff, very helpful. First experience was them scanning a lost dog for hos chip. When the lost dog turned out to be abandoned, I adopted him, and they gave Hawkens his first exam and vaccinations as our dog. Looking forward to this being our vet for as long as we live in the area.

I was hesitant to visit this vet after seeing a couple negative reviews. Our energetic and newly lame American Bulldog hadn't been to the vet in years, and we aren't enthusiastic about shots. I was expecting at least some attitude based on a couple other experiences posted here.
EVERYONE in the office (front desk, tech, and doctor) was extremely friendly and helpful. There was NO attitude, just very nice ladies who were to easy to talk to and loved our dog.
Prices were very reasonable, as was the vet's advice. If you are nervous about visiting Lost Key Animal Clinic, don't be!

This clinic is awesome. The staff is caring and friendly. The Doctors and vet techs are very caring and knowledgeable. I'm so glad after I moved to Pensacola I found this clinic.
