We have the highest quality Hapkido available in a safe and positive learning environment. We offer specially designed martial arts, fitness, and self defense programs for every one from age 5 to 90 We are part of the Chun Moo Hapkido USA organization.
I have been taking my children here for two years and have seen a bug difference in their attitudes, work ethic, grades, etc. Dr. Lord and his staff are very professional and run a tight ship. The children love it, and I love what Lord Martial Arts and Fitness has done for them.
