I have had nothing but outstanding service from this company. We received everything we ordered and our tassels frame came in broken and they hand delivered it to me the next day after I called them the only thing we are still waiting on is the diploma plaque but we received everything else thank you and all your staff for the outstanding work you all provide to all the schools I just want to say thank you

Lets start off with.. You are required to purchase cap n gown from here so your kid can walk at graduation. A required shipping fee when they have 100s shipped only to the school.My kids class ring.. Cheapest one is over 600$ if you personalize it.. and they screwed up the graduate year. Her grad year was 2019.. Ring says 1919. But it made it past quality control which helps you understand there is slim to none.We found it amusing however and decided it was not worth the wait to return it as we were concerned more issues would come of it since it took longer than normal to get the thing.Main point. Go online and buy that is what they are anyway, no showroom but a few items on display , the young women running the office was more than great in helping my family especially in this crazy year of covid and the challenges of Home Schooling . Great experience. T.Y.
