This past month, Guardian roofing installed a Tilecor metal roof for us. We were extremely pleased with our whole experience. From our initial meeting with Brent Woody, the owner, we felt we were dealing with a honest, caring representative. He listened to our needs and concerns. He even delayed starting our install while we finished up some projects. Brent was prompt in replying to our texts and emails. He was willing to answer even the smallest, trite question. Our install was done in 1 week. Had a great experience working with Brent and his crew from Guardian Roofing. Excellent communication, hard working, and did an outstanding job. They worked from 7am to 6pm Mon-Sat for two full weeks to complete a full roof replacement with Tilcor stone coated metal roofing material. I have multiple structures on my property and extensive detail work that needed to be completed. It turned out great and the entire neighborhood loves my new roof. Brent is professional and was readily available and onsite throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend Guardian Roofing for all of your Metal Roofing needs. After doing plenty of research about metal roofs and talking with numerous roofing company reps here in Pensacola, Guardian Roofing was the fairest priced and the most responsive. If someone is charging $35k+ for an exposed fastener roof or $50k+ for a standing seam roof that doesn't even come with the Kynar finish, if they are putting the metal roof right over your existing shingles, or if they don't know the Florida Building Code and can't articulate the reasonings as to why they interpret things the way they do, stay far away from them.
