I have been very happy with Gross and Shuster from the beginning of my experience with them. I contacted them after I was in a serious accident and they helped me navigate through a very difficult time. What stuck out to me most and was most important to me was when I met with Mr. Terence Gross, how personable he was and treated me with the utmost respect. They achieved the best outcome they could for me, but also gained my respect as a human being, I was never made to feel like a number. My son was killed in an auto accident. Terry Gross was referred to us by a friend and I thank God he was. I'd spoken to several lawyers prior to him and they were quick to want to take our claim without fully understanding all of the details. Terry and his team did their due diligence before meeting with us and then promptly declined our case! He explained that, given the circumstances, we could handle it ourselves and save the cost of an attorney. I was rear-ended and my car totaled while stopped on Scenic Highway. Injuries were sustained and the insurance company offered a quick settlement. My husband was familiar with Terence Gross from his occasional morning talk shows on 1370 - WCOA, so we retained his services. His team handled everything for us and kept us advised of the settlement progress. Mr. Gross obtained a settlement far more than what was originally offered and commiserate with the injuries sustained. We highly recommend Gross and Schuster because of their effectiveness and the efficiency in which our case was handled.
