Had an issue with my flooring, but the manager took care of me and made sure all was well. The level of customer service with F2K is unparalleled this day and age. I much appreciate them for stand behind their word.

I have put down many floors and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with flooring. It doesn’t go together well and after 6 months of being put down, it is already separating! Never again!

Friendly employees throughout - from inside to the warehouse and everywhere between. They go above and beyond to ensure what was ordered is correct and what is wanted/needed. Being a distributor they're frequently busy and hectic but they all seem to handle the fast-paced environment sufficiently well.
