I have been seeing Cynthia for a while, she is an AMAZING makeup artist. My makeup did NOT budge on my wedding day and she made my skin look FLAWLESS (I have acne scarring and of course I broke out the day before my wedding). I also see her regularly for my brow maintenance, I get compliments on my brows all of the time! She also educates while she’s working on you so I’ve learned a lot about how to care for my skin and some good makeup techniques! LOVE her!

Cynthia is beyond talented!!! Thank goodness I found her! I had my brows micro-bladed 5 years ago. Basically the blading was so deep they were tattooed and had faded to a washed out gray. With an artist’s eye for color, Cynthia used micro-needling to add new fresh pigment colors that brought my brows back to a beautiful natural looking color. She was also able to use color to diminish the shape of my old brow procedure and create a much more flattering brow shape.They are beautiful! She is a true artist!!!

I went in for my first consultation with the idea that I would check out a few other businesses; however, the consultation was so amazing that I decided my search was over. Cynthia really knows what she’s doing. First City Beauty is the only place I will go for my beauty needs.
