Highly recommend Family Heating and Air via Lowe's Our 16 year-old Trane system was moribund, requiring multiple service calls. The Trane unit was so darned reliable that I had serious brand loyalty. Bid from a Trane dealer did not impress [NOT price, but lack of detail of install], so I researched other brands and other HVAC installation options. Lynell (Mack) was sent out today because our A/C had a small issue. He was amazing and gave me some pointers on how to better keep it running well. We love Family Heating and Air because they stand behind everything they do and they treat you like part of the family.
They are the ones who installed our new Bryant system back in 2022 and the system works incredibly well and we are very pleased with it and Family Heating and Air.
They follow up and keep in touch and answer any questions you may have.
I requested an estimate for a whole new HVAC system. The representative came to my home well within the time frame window. He was very professional and explained the systems, how they work and gave me 3 separate options. Ultimately, I did not go with this company but it had nothing to do with the service I received.
