“Diabetic eye exam. Holy fast and efficient service -- FAST is still an understatement. I hadn't even finished my paperwork, I was taken back. I returned to the lobby as they're so fast on intake the room wasn't ready yet. I still almost did not finish said paperwork (again) before being called back for the doctor! As a newer diabetic, but not knew to glasses, I am BLOWN away. The downtown location I went to has the largest selection of glasses I've seen for a non-corporate store. They even have a $99 budget rack for those who need glasses ASAP, but on a budget. A 2 year guarantee. 60 days to change lenses for diabetics whose sugar may have caused change in vision. Dr. Hannah was top tier, communicated with me everything I asked and then some. I am very happy with them! 11/10 recommend“

So this year, my "free" eye exam was $93 instead of $25! Also, Dr. Anderson is still doing the COVID "elbow bump". Com' on now, REALLY? COVID is being treated by the rest of the medical community like the flu, so why not YOU???
Otherwise the visit was very pleasant! The office staff was pleasant (however, ignored me struggling with the heavy front door trying to get my walker in it). I also noticed when I finished my paperwork, I had to juggle it with my walker to take it back to the desk with no one offering to come get it as other providers do! The front desk staff seemed quite content to remain glued to their comfortable office chairs.Mika was very pleasant and performed her duties well and Dr. Anderson was as cheery and personable as always! She even said my eyesight had IMPROVED over last year!!!“
