as doctor was seeing my dog for an appointment, I got to explaining something going on with her ears asking only a question, she began cleaning her ears and i did not think anything at all about it till I got the bill. witch i said I'm not paying. long short out of a $380 I paid $300. I still use this place for flea meds and heart Guard, but i am looking for another vet in Pensacola. decides Brentwood. seamed worse there. never did i ever have these problems in San Fransisco.

I've been going to this vet for several years and have never had an issue. Yes the wait can sometimes be long, but that's to be expected anywhere. I've been taking my old dog there for knee & hip issues, tried several meds but nothing seemed to help and they told me last week that it's time to let her rest as she's suffering. I trusted their advice as they've always been very sweet with her, so I made the hard decision to put her down last Saturday. The vet who put her down was very nice but the whole thing was incredibly traumatic and, after talking to other vet hospitals, not how it is supposed to be done.
