I called Emerald Coast Appliance Repair yesterday afternoon and was told that they could have a technician out the very next day, before noon. Today, Drew arrived within the expected timeframe, and not only diagnosed but repaired my 1970’s wall oven. I was very pleased with the level of service and professionalism he provided, and will definitely call ECAR for any appliance repair needs I may have in the future.

Had a very positive experience with our repair visit today. Jeff came out to assess a problem with our Samsung dishwasher. I received some great information from Jeff about different appliance brands. He assessed the dishwasher problem and fixed it. Very knowledgeable and personable. Thank you. I will use them again as I have in the past.

Jeff was amazing. After replacing various parts on my dryer was still getting error codes. He quickly determined it was a bad heating element and my dryer is working like new. He was very friendly and professional. I found my new appliance repair service.... read full review
