I just had my first time experience with Elite Mechanical Systems to have a new gas water heater installed. I had no hot water at all so I was desperate for help. Jada in the front office was so pleasant and moved very quickly to get an appointment with one of the company's plumbers. I got a same day tech appointment, quote, and new product ordered and received. They actually installed the water heater the next day on New Year's Eve to my surprise. I'm the neighbor using this company. My doors are open and I hear just fine. These guys are doing an amazing job ! Everyone is very friendly and professional. I have not heard anything disrespectful in anyway. Also I'd like to add I would absolutely use this company again!

Jonathan and Randy did an excellent job! They explained what they were going to do prior and throughout the process. They didn't even mind all of my questions and me being over their shoulder. Good people!
