Had them come to replace some flooring, then kept running into more and more damage.... they were thorough, upfront and kept me informed as they completed all the work. It was a LOT. I hired Duggins to clean the floors (carpet/tile) in our new home prior to moving and was not able to inspect the work before paying the invoice because I live out of town. Over the first week of being in our new home I had to wipe the floor several times (crumb pickup, ice spill, etc) and there were multiple spaces (kitchen and both bathrooms) where the paper towels I used came up with excess dirt and grime. The floor had clearly not been cleaned in some time. The majority of the flooring appeared to have been cleaned, but the attention to detail in various locations was missed. I couldn’t be happier with the work that Duggins did today. They cleaned the carpet in 3 bedrooms and cleaned and sealed the tile in my kitchen. Everything looks brand new!Services: Carpet steam cleaning
