Dan, sales person, was fantastic is helping make decisions on type of carpet, type of pad, and colors! Dan came out and measured the areas for our rugs which are almost wall to wall but we did not want to ruin our hardwood floors and Dan made the recommendation of the rugs and the correct carpet/rug pad to not discolor the flooring underneath which some cheaper brands will do. Big shout to Dan for that information. Plus Dan was great! Not pushy, just very understanding of our needs and wants. Chase did an amazing job for us for carpet cleaning. We've been thinking about replacing our carpet with new flooring. I now know who I'm going to use. This guy is an absolute treasure for this company. Wounded veteran with 5 kids. His personality is in matched.

I recommend Duggins to anyone who needs good quality work done in their home at a fair price by people who are customer oriented to the hilt. They did a wonderful job in my home painting and installing floors. Prompt, courteous and attention to detail. If I ever need more work in my home they will be the first I call.
