We brought our baby boy Duke in on a Friday night after he bloated! Right away they took him in and took care of him and figured out what was going on! A little later the doctor came and talked to us and explained everything very well! I was able to ask any questions and even I knew a lot about it upfront, when it comes to your own baby, you just need to be sure!!! We went home and they promised to call as soon as they get out of surgery and they really did at 2am in the morning! It was realistic but great news and all I needed to hear at this point was "He is alive"!!! I called this vet panicking because our bulldog had a stroke at 13 years old. We had just moved here and didn't know where to go and their staff were so patient with me over the phone and were very understanding. We unfortunately had to let our baby go that day but the veterinarian and all the staff there were so sweet and patient with us. It was such an emotional time for us and they treated us with respect, honesty and were very caring to our dog. I would recommend this place for any kind of treatment for your babies.

I wouldn't say it went well, but when I lost my chihuahua of 14 years they couldn't have been nicer, more compassionate or more caring. By they, I mean from the one who answered the phone to the doctors I saw. Each and every one was amazing to me. I even received a condolence card from them following.
