Diamond Air Design is a great, honest, and prompt company to deal with! The 3.5 American Standard outside AC unit they sold me is a wonderful product and was installed quickly by 3 of the nicest, professional men! The heat was brutal and not one of them complained. We had our AC go out suddenly, and Ms. Kay was able to send Kevin out to us within two hours and fixed it the same day! Kevin was professional, explained what he did, and told us how to maintain our system for optimal operation during the summer months. Pricing was also extremely reasonable, especially for an emergency call that went after hours. 10/10 recommend!

I was very pleased with my experience with Diamond Air. My initial consultation was with the company owner. He took the time to answer all my questions, many questions and explained many different options to consider. I did my diligence and had other companies quote a new system. They were fast talkers and very high priced. The installation crew were thorough and professional. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Diamond Air.
