A life saving vet with amazingly affordable prices! The 1st day of vacation, we realized our 15 year old dog wasn't well. This vet was open on Sundays without exorbitant weekend price increases! Which was a huge factor. Immediatel, our dog was diagnosed with diabetes. She had an overnight stay which consisted of multiple treatments and constant monitoring. The Doctor and staff keep us informed throughout her 32 hour stay. Thanks to the quality of care and expertise our dog survive! We were trained by the staff to give daily insulin injections, proper food choices, and diabetics friendly treats. All of which ensure our dog stays healthy moving forward. This is a wonderful place with incredible staff. From the receptionists to the techs to the drs, you are all amazing. We needed to put our beautiful fur baby down this weekend and started at the emergency hospital, which was a joke. After a HORRIBLE experience at the emergency hospital, we called animal hospital in Pensacola and they were kind, empathetic and helpful. They were able to fit us in and have us come over. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, even while putting our sweet girl down, this team was hands down, THE BEST!! Kind, empathetic, loving, professional. You are all wonderful. Avoid this place if you are military. They do not value your time. I went to this clinic after finding out that we had been thrown the curveball of moving to Japan with less than enough time to prepare for it. I made an appointment with them after confirming that they do offer rabies titers. I informed them that my dog was reactive and they were, for the most part, very accommodating and I appreciate that. On October 10th, they collected my dogs blood for the rabies titers and told me that the results normally come back within 1-2 weeks with a possibility of longer due to Covid. I told them during this appointment that I will be moving out of state at the end of October.... read full review
