6/10. Ordered several mature Hollie’s to include installation. They helped us narrow down the search, the process up to delivery was exceptional. Upon initial estimate I expressed concern over existing location of irrigation system in which I was told would be moved out a few feet if necessary. They also measured my gate entrance for clearance. I was told they may have to remove the gate. I was never made aware or had any indication this was not included in the install and even asked if the same negotiation price was all inclusive (irrigation and gate as discussed) out the door. The gentleman was professional, experienced, and on time! He explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, and cost. He did what he said he was going to do. I will definitely use them on the future when needed.
The technician called ahead and arrived on schedule. He was polite, friendly, and quickly diagnosed the problem. The repair was completed quickly, and best of all, my sprinklers now work properly. Thank you!
