Last month Bryan and team completely overhauled my yard and I couldn't be more pleased. The outcome of the aesthetic with new sod, updated irrigation, trimmed hedges and plants, even a new tree out front is beautiful. The part I want to point out to anyone considering who to hire for landscaping is the customer service along with the team onsite. From quote through delivery Bryan Jr. handled it personally, providing me with multiple updates upon request when I wanted to cost out different versions of the plan, he worked with me on timing to accommodate my travel schedule, and gave me the flexibility to make changes on the fly as they were doing the work. Some of the decisions onsite were sentimental for me around certain trees and plants so I was a total pain changing my mind multiple times with a particular decision that required Bryan to work with a vendor to grind out a very large tree stump. In spite of my indecisiveness and the impact of multiple calls to the vendor with new instructions, Bryan kept his cool and encouraged me to make whatever decision was right for me. I can't stress enough how much I appreciated this and his calm demeanor throughout. The job foreman was great, the workers they brought were respectful of my home and did the work efficiently. And on top of all of that, Bryan's pricing was better than any of the other quotes I received. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys if you need your yard redone.

6/10. Ordered several mature Hollie’s to include installation. They helped us narrow down the search, the process up to delivery was exceptional. Upon initial estimate I expressed concern over existing location of irrigation system in which I was told would be moved out a few feet if necessary. They also measured my gate entrance for clearance. I was told they may have to remove the gate. I was never made aware or had any indication this was not included in the install and even asked if the same negotiation price was all inclusive (irrigation and gate as discussed) out the door. I was told yes, that included everything. I was also told the trees had a short warranty. On day of delivery however, I was informed that they would have to remove the gate and that they would only re-hang it for additional $400. I also told them my sprinklers were behind the trees and needed them moved and they said that would cost additional also. Fast forward several weeks, I had a couple of trees go into shock, one may or may not recover, and when I called, suddenly there was no warranty at all. They also left trash behind one of the trees. Ordering and delivery was exceptional, they were prompt and did excellent work. Just make sure to have them bring the contract on day of estimate and ensure you get everything discussed in writing. I typically don’t have any issues with folks keeping their word, I hate being lied to. In the end it was an unusual lack of due diligence on my part and if I use them again I will get everything recorded and memorialized in writing.
