Our furnace went out. Blackwell was quick to come out and service it. The system was over 25 years old and needed replacing. They gave us our options and did not pressure us on a any upsale. They delivered and installed on time as agreed. Their team were friendly and professional.Services: Heating system installation
A/C wasn’t cooling properly yesterday, left an after hours message…Tammy called early enough today so I could have my unit diagnosed. Time frame was for 9 to 11. Frank was able to make it out around 9 and made recommendations based on cost effectiveness, age of unit and getting system back in overall good working order. He did a great job explaining options, pros and cons etc. For the work done service cost was fair. I have used BHA for years and am very satisfied. Great service and professional technicians. They only do what they say they’ll do and and nothing extra without your consent, (the way it should be). Their prices are reasonable as well. You owe it to yourself to call these great people if you need your home system serviced. ?
