On 29 May 25, we had a complicated issue that the clerk was unable to resolve. Tracey Adams MTM was able to clarify and resolve the issue. She is highly knowledgeable, dedicated and courteous. She is an outstanding manager and did a great job!

I WAS excited to find this store. There’s absolutely NO customer service. Ask a question and they point “back there in the corner”. Yet not really in the corner, but the middle after searching. Petite dresses please? Oh no not in the petites but “over there” in that corner. Not seeing anything without digging. Easy pass, nothing pretty at first glance, certainly not digging. Register next for 2 items as no one will help with more. Husband says to cashier, Oh can you use the card that’s a refund given by another company. She had no idea when he said use everything on the card. She tried to put everything on the card. (Same person that pointed us to the dresses... read full review

I was just walking through to get a little exercise while my husband had an appointment. But these shoes just jumped out at me and they were perfect and screamed, buy me! Plus, as I checked out, there was a coupon!
