I've done business there for a few yrs now. This is the first time I ever heard a person tell a paying customer he or she can't place a part on a counter top because he is ocd. Especially a part that is not dirty or leaking! A simple braided dishwasher return line that I wanted to upgrade from 6ft to 8 ft is all. I will try again and hopefully the customer service can be a little better.
Franklin would not sell me the part I was after. This is because I already hD the part at home, and I just needed to switch connectors. I am always impressed by honesty. Thank you Sir.
This place is great! Because of the New Owner! Super helpful , and knowledgeable ! Need to repair your dryer, dishwasher, water heater? Here’s the place, and if you don’t do manual labor?, he’s your guy, he’ll do the repairing!
