This was my first time sugaring and Marisol the manager and Tamera the sugar girl made my experience wonderful. I have told several friends immediately to give it a try! The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The spa was a relaxing. I will be back!!!

When bad service is immediately recognized and rectified it should be acknowledged and boy did the manager/owner, Ms. Marisol, from Sugaring NYC - Pembroke Pines impress me with her customer retention outreach. She contacted me within minutes of my disappointing review and not only she was apologetic, she took full responsibility for the mishap I experienced with her staff and worked quickly to recover my interest in her establishment. I truly appreciated her response time and her desire to get me back through their doors!

Amazing service with Trinity, she was patient and very interactive which helped with easing any anxiety. Already referred the location to my favorite ladies. Will be back thanks to Trinity.
