The worst patient services. They way they handle business is horrible Everything is an excuse. If you fax a request to them... Oh you have wait 72 hours to show in are system and if you the authorization is another 3 to 4 weeks. With all the advance technology that we have now this people are so behind. Anyone can died waiting for them to get things done. Horible!!

I called them 3 weeks ago to schedule a sleep study after my referring physician faxed them a prescription. First they could not find my Rx. My Doctor resent it and it took 2 days until they could they called me to schedule an appointment at which time I was told I needed to schedule a tenative appointment so they could get insurance authorization. I was also told I could do the study on a Friday. After waiting almost 3 weeks I receved a call that the insurance authorized. I called back right away so I could schedule and was told I did not need insurance authorization and that I could not get a Friday appointment. do not use this company. they have no customer service and do not seem to care about the patients--only the money. and i think they have questionable billing practices. before i could get a june appointment, i had to give an upfront credit card payment of over $480 even though i had insurance-(and that wound up an overcharge as they had to subsequently refund some of the money). then 6 months later, in the new year, after no other communication over 7 months, out of the blue they sent me a bill for $121 that the insuranance allegedly did not cover, i refused to pay and some "management" guy challenged me to a fight over it. and now 15 months later i get a "final bill" (also with no other communication or other biils in the intervening 15 (fifteen ) months). i call the president who passes me off to the billing supervisor who tells me she was looking thru cases where they want to try and get more money-i explained the time frames and that i refused to pay 15 months ago and never heard back from them and refuse now. maybe their prices are just too darn high! but if they had been just a little customer serviuce oriented and instead of demanding $480 up front (overcharged) and the attitude was more service oriented vs grubby money oriented, things could have worked out differently. do not use- patient service and queestionable ethics in biling. and management that does not caren --there are other sleep centers-
