Esperanza is truly excellent with waxing. She is engaging, friendly, gives guidance and just great all around. She makes you feel comfortable.
However, my front desk experience wasn't pleasant. There was confusion about their system as they showed an old Groupon from 2022 on my acct. I was trying to use a new one that expires in 2024.
I had to wait a while as she called the owner. At the end, I think everything is OK (we will see of my next appts are covered by my Groupon). However, the front desk person very firmly said, "don't buy anymore groupons." She said the owner told her to tell me.

Been going here for over 10 years now and have been faithful to my aesthetician, Nora. She’s is essentially the ONLY person I trust with a wax. She’s efficient, very attentive, and makes my bikini wax experience almost pain-free! I’ve always recommended Senses for all facial/wax necessities, especially with Nora.
Great place with a great price. I first found out about this location from GroupOn, but even without Groupon this wax location is amazing! Apart from the waxing, the wonderful faculty members often zoom in with a tweezer to get rid of as many hair follicles as possible. The quality of the waxes, the cost of the waxes, and the warm services provided are all wonderful. I’ll keep getting waxed here for sure!
