Overall Paradise Nail Spa is good. Some chairs need reupholstering. I felt that the staff could have been more responsive to my concerns and could have taken their time. It seemed they were rushing too much.

The massage chairs and nails stations could all use a deep clean, lack of attention to client pain and lack of nail technician knowledge and/or resources in order to achieve best client results. I got a new acrylic set but the removal process made me want to leave, my nails were damaged and no care for them was given before applying the glue for the new set. The person that I went with also had a bad experience and had to yell at the tech to stop because they were hurting her and didnt stop after the first time asked. She also was told yo use a foot bath that already had water on it which was filled priorto use getting there but she refused 3x before they made new water;...read full review

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the amazing services of Jenny and Lin for my manicure and pedicure needs, and I must say that they did a fabulous job!From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed with their level of expertise and attention to detail.
