After a frustrating pursuit for both treatment of Acute Bronchitis and a much needed pre-surgical medical clearance. I found the MD Now clinic at 9650 Pines Blvd. Unlike other clinics I had tried I found the Pines Blvd clinic to be outstanding. They did for me everything I expected and did it with grace and tact. The level of professional treatment combined with a winning team attitude by all I encountered was way above par. The doctor was great; as was his nurse assistant ( Her name is Jazz short for her real name that I can't remember the spelling). was just fabulous she listened to what I had to say and was so professional in every way. Everyone was extremely nice, thank you to the front desk staff she is so nice and kind. Thank you Ms. Monique and Dr. Withney for being super understanding and efficient. Give 10s 10s 10s all around the board
After visiting 4 locations total for a random drug screening and breath test Pembroke Pines location was able to get the job done! Latoya is the super star there, she’s awesome! I don’t think I would’ve completed my tests without her being there today. Big thanks to Latoya! The nice lady Iro at the front desk was very pleasant and helped me through my frustration. All the way down to the manager coming in to help out which was amazing and I didn’t get his full name but I believe it’s Theo. Amazing customer service Pembroke Pines! Go Latoya!
