I needed my MacBook Pro fixed as there was somethingup with it. I googled places as one cannot get anappointment at Apple and I stumbled on Fix express!Ralph was super helpful, kind and sweet! He was upfrontfrom the beginning and made sure he looked into mycomputer issue in a timely manner. Once he knew whatthe issue was it was only an hour to get it back tonormal! I felt comfortable from the initial phone call andwhen I walked in that sealed the deal. The office isspacious, clean and the work and professionalismI'm a customer for life!
