“Been a customer for years and was so appreciative of the customer service received by Brianna! Flew in and had an early morning appointment scheduled. After trying several times to get through to the call center and being unable to call the location directly, I arrived to my appointment at what should have been the ending time. Brianna was able to squeeze me in since the next appointment did not arrive on time. Usually they’re not that flexible with late appointments, but Brianna saved the day for me. I would absolutely recommend this location for laser service, but corporate needs to put a phone line back in the office for day of appointment issues.“

The only issue was the surprise of having the threading technic, uncomfortable for a few hours. NEVER again. Very painful. Will go back again, but, trying a different way to shape brows. Shehzadi was great! Brows looked awesome and the process lasted 4 weeks.“
