For the price this was a relatively comfortable hotel. The continental breakfast was a step up, offering eggs and pancakes made to order. It was a quiet place and the maids came each day faithfully. The carpet in the room looked new and was clean. The room looked as if it had been painted recently. It looks like they are trying to freshen things up. We were there for four days and I saw no evidence whatsoever of bugs, as some other reviews claimed. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and my only recommendation to management would be to add a microwave, refrigerator, and a comfortable chair to each room.
This Place Should be called the Shady Palm Motel. I stayed for 7 days, with my mom and the first 3 days the keys to get into the room were not working then at 5:00 in the morning the motorized maintenance golf cart drives around picking up the dead palms every morning Really come on man trying to sleep and when it makes a turn the head lights shine in your room, then the vending machine takes my money and does not work so i told the man at the front desk and they told me that they are not responsible for those machines. morning breakfast limited eggs and pancakes, and toast POOR INTERNET SERVICE a small tv remote control had no batteries no little refrigerator no microwave...read full review
Zero stars booked this placed for a funeral after party thing and omg they don’t clean the facility at all knowing there’s going to be an event. The food was mid and late and then saw staff packing it up for themselves. Birds flying into the windows the entire time with bird poop also on the windows. The bar area was hot as hell and the a/c wasn’t working! Plus random golfers coming to get a drink like the place isn’t book for a private event. This place is disgusting and horrible service. If you are chiding this place out of convenience it is not worth it!!!!!
