Used Eco Pump for the first time today for residential septic pump out. Billy was easy to work with and communicates very well. Truck arrived on time and Billy texted in transit. Work was done quickly and effectively for a fair price.
Billy from Eco Pump Services was what I call a miracle worker.
Our grease trap needed to be cleaned urgently because our pipes were all backed up and the company we had originally hired cancelled last minute.
I called Billy around 8:30am and even though he was out of town, he helped us get someone to clean the grease trap by 9:45am, AND he did not try to take advantage of the situation and overcharge.
They did an amazing job and the price was fair.
We will now continue to use Eco Pump for all our future septic needs and highly recommend this company to anyone in the food industry.
As a new business in Miami Beach, it's been difficult to find the right contractor to perform necessary maintenance work.ECO pump provided us with the best service and was able to accommodate our needs in the fastest and efficient manner possible.Highly recommended!
