no stars should be a thing this place has a nurse who is dirty she gives shots through the shirt no cleaning the skin at all .wheres dirty gloves and is rough. don't use this place the director does nothing when called to inform what is going on even after i asked for the nurse to be removed they still let her come. I even told them that she is having an affair with a married family member and they seem not to care at all. i now reported to the state nursing board as well and the florida enforcement department for agencies and individuals lpn,rn, cna agency. very unprofessional and this place should be closed down they running a brothel not a skilled nursing service
