The worst phone system ever! It often takes forever to get through to someone who can assist you. Often, I get a message saying to press 1 to leave a message. I do, and the mailbox is full, not accepting any more messages. If you ignore the message to leave a voice mail, you stay in queue, but I held on for nearly an hour before someone picked up. This is not good service!

Following a left hip replacement, my home physical therapy was provided by Jennifer Dimassi. I have been an R N with the health care system for 35 years. I am very aware of the health care culture. Jennifer was absolutely wonder. I attribute my quick recovery to the exceptional physical therapy she provided in my home. Her knowledge and exceptional way of providing my physical therapy was tantamount to my quick recovery. Memorial home health should be proud to include someone like Jennifer. Customer service was A+++++++.

This is the worst home health company. Many of the nurses do not speak or understand English. Poor charting habits lead to incomplete notes that do not make sense. There are only three or four good nurses. The other nurses wound nurses' bandages fall off or leak through shortly after being applied. No standards and training for uniformity. The nurses do not call their visits as they are supposed to so you have no idea when, if, or which nurse is going to show up at what time of day (anywhere fro 8 am to 5 PM).Supervision is even worse.
