We got a great and thorough inspection that caught lots of details that we would have missed! Coast 2 Coast also has a fantastic website that's super user-friendly and lets you mark off items you wish to have repaired, and can export it as a PDF that's easy to send to your realtor or the seller.Update - used them again 2 years later to refresh some stuff for the insurance, and the service is just as good as it was two years ago. Edmund has been so helpful in figuring out what we need to update on the home to get the insurance in order. Thank you!
