In a time of tremendous sorrow and grief, even more so, you need competent, efficient, caring individuals helping you through the funeral process. I must say, for the second time, Boyd Panciera has exceeded all expectations. From the funeral director Cathy, to other staff members Cecile, Frank, Michael and others, all are truly consummate professionals. The care in which they take with grieving families, and I can only speak for myself, was truly wonderful from beginning to end. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was able to give my mother Beverlee, the greatest sendoff one can possibly give. My parents got it right when they consulted with and chose you!❤️
My husband passed away on July 4, 2024, and had made all his arrangements many years ago with Boyd-Panciera. Michael and all of his staff were so caring and compassionate. They handled everything in making sure all my husband's arrangements and requests were met. They went above and beyond from arranging to transport him to the funeral home, to arranging Military Honors for him. I will be forever grateful that they made this experience easy for me. I highly recommend Boyd-Panciera.
I recently had the opportunity to go to Boyd Panciera Funeral Home and arrange for pre Burial arrangements for my mother, my wife and myself. I had the true pleasure to sit with Mary Battle, in one word OUTSTANDING. From the first second I sat down I felt I was dealing with family. She worked with me for however long it took, had the patience to explain everything and repeat it if she had to. When I left I gave her a big hug and told her I felt like I had known her all my life.
